We would like to make your experience using Abigail as easy and enjoyable as possible so please find a few notes and guidelines on getting started using Abigail for your business and what to do next:

1. Your Profile & Dashboard

 

Visit the Abigail website https://www.hiabigail.com and log in with your details. Once you start using the platform, you will notice your dashboard where all the information relating to your profile is located. It may look confusing at start, but once you start using it, you will see how easy it actually is.

On the dashboard you can find (and edit any time) your listing (services you have already provided); check the statistics (traffic on how many people click through to your listing on the site); follow your bookings and your calendar of bookings which you can manage and add telephone bookings manually.

All the information about your profile and services you are able to edit and add at any time. You can also add extra services to your profile at any time.

 

2. Terms & Conditions

 

Please make sure to read all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Abigail’s Cancelation Policy and be familiar with it. It is important we are on the same page. If you have any additional questions, please check our FAQ or get in touch any time, we are here to help!

 

3. Your bank details

 

Please make sure to add (your personal or business’) bank details to your profile to which we will transfer you your fees once any bookings come through the platform. You will receive your payment 24-48 hours after the customer has attended your service.

4. Bookings

 

When someone book your service, you will be notify straight away by an automatic email from Abigail. You may be booked up to 2 hours before your available slot, so you have enough time to organise yourself.

Since we are freshly launched, there might not be any bookings for some time, however, don’t worry, being listed on Abigail is completely free of charge and will help potential customers find out about your services and what you have to offer.

5. Blog

 

We also launched our Blog so if you would like to feature your business on the blog, please get in touch with us and we will arrange an interview. The blog will then be posted right across our social media channels as well as through our partners’ channels. We hope to get business featured in our blog plenty of exposure online.
